Skeleton Discovered at Sunset Beach
Counties Manukau Police are investigating the discovery of a human skeleton at Sunset Beach, Port Waikato. The skeleton was found at 8.00am on Saturday morning by a female walking her dog.

That is the question Sunset Beach Town Council faced this morning about developer Mark Saunders' bonds. The town decided to take somewhat of a middle road before taking the developer the court.

Sunset Beach holds off on call on developer's bonds, for now
Some folks in Sunset Beach who spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on lots for their dream homes are still fighting to try to make their retirement dreams a reality. At tonight's town council meeting, lots of people spoke up about what they want the town to do to try to get the area developed.
